    tin foil on the grill, brush the fillets with olive oil, season with lemon pepper and dill weed. Have also tried Italian seasoning and other random things in the pantry. medium heat until fish flakes. do not try to flip the fillets.

    As far as I know they are not available online. I always stop at smoke-n-fish in selkirk (open 6am - 8pm) to get mine. I think the 59er gas station has them as well but you may want to call ahead to confirm. Pro Am in Winnipeg is good too but they are never open when we are going through there.

    So I keep hearing about the Columbia river but dont know much about it. What are the popular areas (nearest towns) to fish? What time of year is best to go? What method is typically used? Is it true that locals basically think of Walleye as a garbage fish?
