    Was fishing with my old man by Douglas Bay one day. There were flies everywhere. They obviously didn't know what to do because they wouldn't even move. The bow of the boat was completely covered in dead flies that I stepped on. They'd land on your face and it didn't matter how much you shook...

    If you have an old block that's lost its stopping power, wrap a ratchet strap around it and cinch it down. Gives you a few hundred more arrows through it.

    I've been out in worse but it wasn't intentional. It comes down to how much you want to beat you and your boat up. 15-20 seems to be about par for the course this spring.

    I have a yellow jacket bag target that's still going strong after four years. Arrows come out nice and easy unless your brother sends a broadhead into it. Heavy, so hanging it from a permanent structure would be ideal.

    Having to pull the plug immediately. You can't readily access it when the plug is installed on the inside.

    As I was wiring in (I know, scary) my dad's new graph yesterday, I asked if he wanted me to pull the plug from the inside since that's where he's always had it. He looked confused so I told him about the new ans bs. I think I can still hear him complaining.
