    And your shooting the 75 gr out of a 257 Wby? I shot 40 or 50 Coyotes with a 25-06 shooting 75 gr Vmax and over half of them exited and wrecked them. Front shoulders, behind the shoulders and frontal shots. This was way before the Amax came out.

    I shot them for many years in a 22-250. They really wreck a Fox no matter where you hit them. A Coyote not so much. And around 4150 fps and there cooking.

    There all going to kill a Coyote. It just depends on the twist and what bullet your rifle likes. But I like 55 gr Sierra also.

    I was at Mayo in Rochester last Monday. And over 1/2 the vehicle in the parking lot were from N.D. So it ok for N.D. resident to come to MN for health care. But you want to put restrictions on hunting and fishing. There is always a down side or trade off somewhere in life.

    Wolves at J Clark Sawyer

    My youngest Son and I hunted the Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge up by Thief River Falls we would hear Wolves every night. Once you hear one, you will never mistake them for Coyotes. We seen lots of tracks buy no animals.
