    John, It looks like just a trace at Harvey. I didn't see a report for Fessenden. https://www.wunderground.com/precipitation/us/nd/harvey/58341 Update : Looks like Carrington got about 1/2 inch . The last couple of summers they seemed like the "big rain" location of North Dakota.

    Looks like we got about 2'' in about an hour south of sawmill corners and just a nice sprinkle now. Wind didn't get wild and no hail so it could have been worse.

    They lost electricity over on that side of the state , It's settling down here , we got a hard rain for 45 min . looks like about 2 inches in the gauge .
