    What are the ND laws pertaining to leasing land for hunting ? Sweere said in the video that the warden had mentioned there could be charges against the madman for that. He clearly had intentions to but I didn't realize you had to have a license or any other credentials to lease it out...

    I won't stick up for the farmer , He could have handled the situation a lot better than that. Both the Sweere kid and the farmer could use some lessons on sportsmanship. The others , I don't know what degree they were involved in these shenanigans.
