I know, for me, on windy days, sometimes that trolling motor will be turned straight sideways to get me back on track (with kicker still pushing straight). I don't think it will be an issue, but curious on a report back regardless.
I agree with you KDM. I have always loved my days on the water. I get a kick out of figuring the day out. That's the fun for me. Some days I dont even wet a line. I spend the whole day trying to put my kids and wife on fish. That is just as fun as catching fish myself.
