    I got my wife a Baikal 20ga. sxs a few years ago, cheap, but works great. The action is a bit stiff, but no other issues and it shoots great!

    Correct there's no Cabela's, but now they are owned by Bass Pro Shops, who apparently owns property in ND, so the entire group (all companies associated with Cabela's and Bass Pro) will have to pay sales tax on ND sales.

    It's called Nexus. Have more than just an online presence in a state and you'll have to collect sales tax. It's actually an old ND court case that went to the Supreme Court that defines Nexus.

    Another reason I wanted to trade off the Tikka 270 WSM was simply because of the price of ammo. I enjoy shooting, and with that gun it gets extremely expensive very quick. I'm happy I made the switch, but I'd buy a Tikka again, just in a smaller caliber.

    I had the same gun and caliber . . . needless to say I don't anymore. Damn thing kicked like a mule. Traded it off and got a heavier Winchester 270.
