    Maybe the tax-paying sportsmen and women of ND should politely suggest to NDGF that it's more important to honor the benefactor's wishes. After all, it will still be a benefit to sportsman and wildlife even if we can't hunt it.

    I can help. You are not required to undergo a NICS check when purchasing a firearm from an FFL in ND if you're a ND resident with a ND CWL. However, some gun shops, such as Fleet Farm, still call in a NICS check as a matter of company policy.

    So Fargo city leaders have no problem unlawfully restricting a guy from setting up a home FFL because, you know, the children!!, but they won't evict a 5-year squatter and his drug peddling buddies because THE LAW DOESNT ALLOW IT. I hate this town.
