    I wouldn't recommend it, but I know it's not impossible to kill a deer with it. If I'm not mistaken, I believe a guy needs to us a HP or SP round anyhow. Based on conversations with another member, a .223 neck shot on an unsuspecting deer will drop it "right now."

    This is an excellent read. The factor that's often overlooked in ballistics testing is barrier penetration. 5.56 might be nastier in a direct hit than 7.62x39, but which round is more likely to cut through Sheetrock, car doors, or even concrete? An AK makes quick work of a brick wall.

    No, I don't own one, just thought it seemed like a novel idea. Problem is, then I'd have this goofy leather thing protruding from my waist. Really difficult to disguise a gun with your shirt tucked in.
