    Oahe (Mobridge)

I couldn't believe how stained the water was. I think its coming from the Grand River, as it's really stained. I wanted to go north of Oak Creek, but the wife doesn't like the wind says it gives her ear aches. Maybe she'll buy me a full windshield and a new tarp lol. We only took the boat out...

Leaving Drain Plug out until you're at the Ramp

Same here, I only fish OAHE. The boat ramp is less than a mile from my driveway. I see no harm in leaving water in my livewell. If I ever travel out of the area, I'll follow all ANS laws.

I think I seen you guys fishing right at the east end of campground. That was me shore fishing. I haven't had the boat out yet, the wife doesn't want to cruise in the cold, says she gets ear aches. We had a lot of bites but only reeled in one little cat. Had 2 get off when they took it into...

    New State record

I watched the video once.... and its too painful to watch again. I seen the picks of the video first, and still missed the part where he takes the hook out of its back. I read one of the statements of witnesses, and now that the net guy said it was hooked in the back I'm leaning towards foul...

    Emmons County Break-Ins

Prison time for crimes is an interesting topic. In my corner of the world there's a guy getting out on parole after serving 23 years of a 100 year sentence for MURDER and RAPE. His cousin who participated in the rape and shooting, did less than 10 because he rolled over and helped get the...

    Emmons County Break-Ins

Checked Burleigh County jailtracker. There's a guy in there that was booked yesterday, and was arrested in Emmons Co. Has a Linton area last name and was arrested for burglary at night.

    New State record

I wasn't there, but I will say this. If I were TRYING to snag a fish, the last thing I'd use is a jig. I'd use something with a hook pointed down, and maybe a treble hook. A big musky crank maybe. I'd like to know what the "evidence" was. Hopefully it wasn't the one crappy video I seen.

    NRA Corruption

In 1995 I ponied up and bought a LIFETIME membership....but apparently LIFETIME is only a couple years. They came begging for more $$$, then stopped sending stuff. I called them and let them know I moved, and they couldn't find me in their system as a lifetime member or a member at all. I...

Fixing a scratch in sparkly fiberglass.

I put a deep nasty scratch while trying to tie to dock. Is there a way to fill it in or repair it?

    japanese balloon bombs

So with today's drone and gps tech. I bet it wouldn't take much to program a drone attached to a big balloon to find a target half a globe away.

    Winter with NO END

Yeah I hope the wind don't blow too bad but now that I have a 620 Ranger...Should be able to get out more on those days. Might have to launch at PKC though as the ramp in Yates is right in the wind. I'm by myself most of the time so I have to tie up to something to back down.
