    You can get it at your local pharmacy and other stores. You just have to ask for it and show your driver's license as they keep it under more controls because of the meth cookers. - - - Updated - - - They keep it behind the counter. Make sure the active ingredient is Pseudo ephedrine.

    Weekday(when work needs to be done): Nyquil at night. 5 hour energy right when you wake up with some EmergnC.(gives some energy to get rid of Nyquil hangover plus some vitamins) then Sudafed(the real stuff you have to show your drivers license for because of tweakers) during the day to dry up...

    About the only way I can get a workout done is in the morning before work or anything starts. Way too many ways to slough it off after that. Once a guy gets a few workouts in, you won't miss the sleep and feel a lot better during the day.

    About a year ago I stepped on the scale when I was at my "winter peak" and it read 246 and change(fatty). I hit the gym 4 days a week for 10 weeks straight for 30-35 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio each time. Cut back on beer and ate a lot cleaner as well. I got down to about 227...

    We didn't run into the tarpon, but caught nice bundle of fish. Hooked up 4 times with some big dogs outside the reef, but they tossed the hook. I can confirm the Belikin is still cold, the weather is beautiful, and the blue diamonds are readily available.
