    As long as you don't plan to run your electronics off it and it is only for starting it is probably a good deal, starting batteries seem to not last that long when used for deep cycle purpose, multi purpose or a true deep cycle is best for running graphs and starting.

    Like you said as long as you can throw money at it, and still get it out of it, there isn't near as much risk. these guys are pretty decent light duty tractors, which sounds like what you are going to use it for.
