    Skin them, then breast them out. Use Turkey breasts in ANY CHICKEN RECIPE. Dice, slice, grill, roast, whatever you can think of will work. Don't waste time plucking them. I use Drumsticks and thighs in soups

    Been there done that....Ins. check replaced most of them, but I had some older ones that they don't make anymore. Take pictures of everything just in case...one thing I learned from the ordeal.
