    Scheels Rods/Reels

Great rods for the money, hard to beat. From the old Haggen style I still have to the new ones. I really like the walleye series, had a one series it just wasn't for me. Just not enough backbone I guess.

    Purchases on Your Radar

Stay away from Gamo, I shoot allot of air rifle and had terrible luck with them. RWS makes a group at rifle I shoot 3 of them. I really like the 48 side cocking myself. Its allot more accurate for longer periods of time than the break open barrel type rifles. - - - Updated - - - A nice big...

trolling motor batteries what size do you have

Yes. For the money Walmart is hard to beat. For just a little more cat makes a great deep cycle with a darn good warranty. If money isn't an object get yourself two trojans.

    Lets see your pups!

She's getting up there in age but still a great dog, its going to be tuff for all of us when she's gone. My mom raised labs for about 35 years in ND. If you have a lab in ND chances are somewhere in that pedigree is some of her breeding.

    Is a 40" walleye feasable?

Probably not. But I did witness a guy filleting a giant that was near 36 inches out west on the Columbia at the cleaning station one evening! Also When we were out there last year a guy caught the new washington state record in the same pool we were fishing. It weighed 20.32 lbs and was 35 1/2...
