    In Bismarck you've got Tom Ness (Oahe Kennels), Dan Murry (Absolute Gun Dogs), and Paul McGagh (Glencoe Kennels) and any of the 3 could get you a world class springer. They're all gonna bust your budget though.

    It's OK, Bernie will make sure those of you with your hand out for free stuff will continue to get it. They can raise the price 2-3 more times and you'll never have to know about/remember those increases either. The above being serious tongue in cheek, you can see how nobody likes that.

    So if everyone who wanted to "maybe someday" hunt Mule Deer had to build points only in 4 A/B/C you realize that it'd take even LONGER to draw that tag right? By doing it the way they are, there are years they'll get lucky, draw a whitetail tag on the east side and be back @ 0 again.
