    Yup, he was an amazing man. I read The Sniper Simo Hayha when it came out in 2007 or 08. It;s a good book and worth reading. He was one tough, determined, great shot.

    A Ruger 10/22 is a great little gun and hard to beat. You didn't mention your daughters age so it's hard to offer a suggestion. It is hard to beat a good single shot or magazine fed bolt action. I have one in the safe that's at lest 60 years old and shoots like a dream.

    Picked up my yellow Lab the second week of Nov. It was a very, very snowy year and he loved to go out A LOT. So much his registered name is Maximum P Boogie, he had to pee every 10 minutes and would just wander through the snow until he found the right spot. EVERY 10 minutes.

    Sure they are!! I'm a dogs live in the house kinda guy. Besides my shop is full of projects and my Willys not to mention 30 feet from the house. As for the chewing, I give them several things they can chew up. If they chew something else they get a "pop" on the butt, are told "thats NOt yours"...

    What's the problem with him? When I'm training a new male puppy, every time he looks like or starts to pee or poop I scoop him up, tell him outside and out we go. When he goes outside I make a big deal out of it and tell him what a good boy he is.
