    Used EFI 4-stroke motors don't scare me. About the only thing that can be an issue with them is cruddy fuel which is easily remedied with a new filter, some fresh fuel, and your favorite fuel treatment. Perhaps one might require a siphon for really bad gas but that's pretty simple too...

    Tie bricks w/100' of cord to orange Tide bottles and drop them in random spots where the line may or may not allow the brick to reach the bottom. Fishing Tournaments all suck big sweaty donkey balls, all of them.

    Why would you ever take a rod in the house? They bounce/bend off the ceiling, knock stuff off shelves and are just generally a big pain in the rump in the house. Put it in the boat when you get home and that's that. Rod socks for all your rods makes it easier to "camouflage". (Hint)

    Lotsa "flats" boats run 'em so as to be able to run the whole rig "shallower" on plane. Down go the tabs, up comes the boat.     Grain Belt when glass bottles are appropriate. Coors Light when cans area must Malbec.............it's what's for dinner Margarita, when the mood strikes Jack/coke, around a campfire or in a cabin with a wood fired stove and the damp smell of the woods in Oct is on the air.

    5.5-6' light for jigs, I've got a ~10yr old 5'4" Scheels rod that was their top @ the time, a 6' light St. Croix Avid and a 6' light Loomis IMX. I like the St. Croix the best. For bouncers I like 7' Med-Hvy spinning rods or 7' Medium casting rods. I've got multiples of both the spinning and...
