    Have cleaned many a coop. Correct. I used to be a bit squeamish about ribs because I pictured what they contained. If they're cleaned/scalded I have no problem for stock/broth enhancement. I don't know if I'd eat one. Fish trigger my gag reflex more than chicken feet in the pot...slime...
