I would check with a tire dealer like Firestone because I know they make special stuff to put in forklift tires and bobcat tires so they are puncher proof. LB
Remember when "slow death " hooks first came out. Made up a dozen snells with perch colored spinners. Was fishing on Alkaline Lake and I was done and sipping on a cold one before my buddy even had one in the boat. Boy did he beg. LB
I gave my sister, who had a little hole in the wall bar a couple ice cream pails of cherry tomatoes. Told her to put on the bar for " do it yourself" bloody mary's. Went over real well cause tomatoes didn't last long. LB
Got a crap load of them mud dabbers and not many skeeters, but with cattle around we got them biting flies and nothing man has made will keep them away. Deep woods off is like old spice to them. LB
Buddies of mine raised buffalo for awhile and they used an electric fence to keep them in. That was a serious fencer. I swear it was 220 volt and put the fear of God in you. LB
Have some volunteer tomato plants that I am going to put some cages around and see what happens, should be red or yellow cherry tomatoes. We will see. Like I need more. LB
I have a lot of Early Girl tomatoes that are tennis ball size also Red potatoes about same size. Green Bell peppers are looking good and my Asian cukes are starting to show some little fruit. Carrots and beets look really good and my Silver Queen sweet corn is waist high. Onions that I tried...
I pull some potatoes for early baby taters and then plant green beans and carrots in those spots, Beets will also be fine along with radishes and short day peas. Have to add a little extra water in this heat. LB
