    Took a goose breast and sliced to a 1/4” thick flat piece used cream cheese , jalapeno, onions and pineapple rolled it up and did a bacon weave around it. Turned out very good.

    Fishing down here has been as bad as i have ever seen. Lots of dead shad and bait every where. Lots of guys been out a bunch and have not caught any thing but herring. They were doing ok up in pollock but heard that shut of now to.
