    the point I was trying to get across is private property is private property no matter the amount. One city lot or 40,000 acres it shouldn’t have to be posted IT’S PRIVATE PROPERTY. Stay out unless you have permission, it’s that simple. I wouldn’t feel right about walking on private property...

    I bought it used with about 1200 miles on it 5 years ago. I paid $8500 then I added about $1200 of accessories to it. NADA value in excellent shape is $7500. I was hoping to at least half of the cost of the accessories I added. The used market on UTV’s is insane right now.
