    I would even settle for some IMR 4895 and I would dust off my old Pacific reloader that I have't used in 20 some years and make my own. I got the bullets and the primers to make a couple hundred rounds. Would be a good winters weekend project. LB

    I got my 1996 once in a life time ND elk at ???????? distance . The 150 grain 300 bullet hit him in the spine and has tucked up against the skin on opposite side, so the hair off hide I have hanging on my office wall has but one bullet hole in it and I have the perfectly mushroom bullet. LB

    I did the same thing on a doe back when you could get all the doe tags you wanted. When you walk up to the deer and you can see the ground through the hind quarters its not good. I called those deer "cookie sheet " because all the meat you got off from the deer fit on a cookie sheet. LB

    I always have so much trouble with hair around the neck getting every where. I do take a propane torch to the body when done skinning and try to keep it med rare. LB

    I skin head down and turn head up when going to process. I drop the two front shoulders off for wife to start on then remove back straps followed by hind quarters when those are done we trim whats left on rib cage and neck. LB

    Bought a Schumacher 800a from Fleet Farm with all the bells and whistles for around that 100$ mark for the wife to keep in the back of the Forester. If you use it once its paid for itself. Its even has an aircompressor that pumps to 150psi. LB
