    With spring pike tip up season getting close, I was thinking of building some Quick Strike rigs for smelt. Anyone do this before? Any proven designs?.. Just thinking trebles hooks crimped onto the ends of some leader wire and a barrel swivel in the middle,, Thanks for any input.
