    6.2 if your pulling heavier stuff like a big fiberglass boat regularly. 5.3 does fine for pretty much everything as well just wont pull quite as good. The newer 8-10 speed transmissions make gas mileage negligible but I believe the 6.2 does recommend premium fuel.

    Never used one, never had a problem catching fish in wind even on Sak. I think people fish to slow though in general. Speed up and get the reaction bite and cover more water rather than dangling a worm at .5mph!

    I don't expect to see any noticeable decline on Sak. The Mo has seen fewer people this spring but that's largely because of the lack of bite from muddy water conditions. Overall, dangling a worm in your local water is still about the cheapest past-time activity one can do.

    Hazelton Boat ramp

    Oahe was 1589.71 on Jan 1st and now sits at 1598.04 so over an 8' rise. It seems to me like they were letting more than usual out of Sak all winter and allowing Oahe to rise.
