Mine is an 2007.5 so no def. I did do an egr delete,dpf delete, and 4 inch straight pipe from the turbo back. Efi live turner really wakes that LMM up.
I add about 10 ounces to my duramax every time I fuel up. The low sulfur fuel is hard on a diesel because of lubricity. MMO adds that lubricity and helps extend engine life. Jury is out on what it does to the high psi enjectors though. I guess I'll find out.
