    Mink or weasel will be the worst of the varmits because they dont need much of a hole to get in and they are killing machines.

    Pole barn steel up 3' and out 3' should keep the diggers and chewers out. old pole barn steel buried a coupla inches below grade should do the trick. KDM showed me how he did his and he has not had a problem with varmits that I know of. I think he used chicken wire.

    About the only reason I bought a pellet gun was those cold boring days of winter, I could go down into the basement and shoot from one end to the other, about 50 ft.     Pellet gun?

    Picked up a Crosman Guide Hawk 177 pellet gun last fall from midway usa. Broke it in per instruction and it is real good out to 50 yards with the scope that came with it. It was a close out model and I think I got it for less than 80 bucks.

    Started my watermelon, muskmelon, tomatoes and peppers yesterday. Carrots, radish, potatoes and peas going in the ground this week. Tiller is serviced and ready to dig. Going to feel great to get dirt under my finger nails again.
