    Not sure what you mean 2010 was the last year on the north side of 6?? Other than being on the west side of 6 mile..near that campground/boat landing for the first 20 some years, it is now on east side of 6. Not sure what you mean by north side of 6??? Please explain.

    I think...now this is just me thinking..haha..but I BELIEVE the reason most people take the lump sum...is because if you take the annuity payout...and die the following year for example...annuity stops. nada zip zero zilch left for any beneficiaries. Payout stops at death.

    Not sure if I would call it safe yet, but I did notice a couple wheeled houses behind Pop's bar on East bay. There were portables with quads, snowmobiles in the area but I did see a couple of permanents out there when I was out and about sunday morning. North end of Irvine is probably ok now.
