    I have some diving board traps that I use with 5 gallon buckets. One should put water, or this time of year, antifreeze in the bucket. You'd be surprised at how many jumping mice I catch this way. If there's no water in the bucket they just jump out.

    From what I've read, EHD actually can infect all ruminants (cattle, etc). But only the WT deer are known to have such a poor survival of it.

    Meatloaf recipe

    Couple pounds of burger, 3 eggs, and a couple cups of Italian Bread Crumbs (your brand of choice). Enough said, my kids love it. Same recipe works well for meatballs, again...the kids love it.
