    Beef Jerkey

    I have made a lot of beef jerky from lean ground beef. Paper towels on bottom, layer of finished jerky, layer of paper towels and so on. Put a cookie sheet on top and weigh it down. Let set for a few hours and all the grease will be in the towels, use lots of towels.

    I drew an any elk tag back in 95 or 96 did my homework scouted a lot and got a 5x5 on opening weekend not the biggest but ok by me.     After the hunt!

    Have a tall fiberglass topper on my extended cab, 8ft bed. During the fishing season go any where with the pooch. Foam bed with a sleeping bag, good enough for me. I don't know who snores louder me or pooch, but man can that dog fart. Come cool weather then one of those little electric heaters...
