    While on the other hand, some of us can't wrap our heads around the dedication other guys put into rifles, scopes, ballistics, hitting the range. We get passionate with other things. I think a guy can only be super-into so many things at once. I'm just glad I have some of you super into it...

    that seems highly implausible to me you ever bent a knife tip? I have not.... and I've used old filet/hunting knives for purposes which could/should not be practiced. Those tips are incredibly durable/strong. But I CAN imagine them bending in bone if I slammed them into a ham hard enough.

    When you think about it, a guy doesn't sling much lead/copper hunting big game out west. Mostly one and done. Maybe 90% of the time if you're not driving deer (good old days). Maybe in Minnetucky they sling a lot of lead. :) - - - Updated - - - Practicing at range would get pricey quick though.

    I’d just do it and pay the fine if I did it wrong. Seems like you should be able to take a limit on both sides. But I’d catch and reduce them to possession (clean them) in series. First do one side, then the other.
