    hold on now... gin can be delicious And I have made a Juniper berry sauce and it was pretty good. Kind of like how mint jelly goes great with lamb. OK - that mint jelly and lamb reference probably didn't help me win you over did it? :D

    I worked on a ranch every summer in college (xmas vacations too - I broke ice on water tanks). I love ranching, have rancher friends, and I admire the "cooperation" between land/animal/man that is ranching. I knew you'd pull this crap once again - city slickers have no say in any ag topic...

    I believe that. What were input costs? My point is grasslands can handle semi-arid climates without so much as a hiccup. Grasslands are built to tough it out, come back when rains come, with zero input/effort.
