    Homemade granola and Chobani yogurt with a Kefir yogurt smoothie chaser. Afterward I go out and hug trees for 10 minutes. Then - with my zen properly achieved - I come back inside and I'm ready to read NDA (and flush all that good vibe down the crapper).
