    Broadheads, specifically fixed blade broadheads, have more drag and control over steering the arrow than field points. Small rest adjustments move a BH tipped arrow much more than a FP. The idea is your BH will "catch up" to the same POI as the FP.

    I agree 50/50 with pork butt will be sufficient. I dont trim the butts at all. Made 10lbs of elk sticks a couple weeks and they were pretty spot on for fat/moisture. Just dont overcook them.
