    It's hard to say 22-250 and fur friendly in the same sentence without hand loading. Even then you will get some nasty exits. The Winchester's suggested work pretty good though. Best get good at sewing, because there is no magic bullet for fur.

    You won't have to chop any of the barrel off to fit a suppressor. Just thread it with 1/2" instead of the normal 5/8" and get the adaptor.

    The way it was explained to me was if it's during regular deer gun season it has to meet the requirements as a legal weapon for harvesting deer. You can carry any handgun when bowhunting ( mountain lion protection).
