    Yea vhc gives its money to local causes and isn’t a tournament for anglers it is a fund raiser. It is a donation ran by volunteers like dwc and gov cup with a chance to wiin cash for fishing. AIM says it is for anglers yet it doesn’t show in the payout but whatever it is what it is.
