    Scrubbed the hog clean with water and elbow grease from nose to tail tip, then skinned it. I skin the hogs I smoke as it's hard to get the seasoning through the skin unless you inject the seasoning and I prefer a dry rub type of seasoning.

    Lake or river? With current or without? Water depth? I use artificial baits 95% of the time unless I'm after catfish, suckers, or other bottom type feeding fish.
