    Did you report him to the G&F ? I live next to the same type of guy you are talking about with the excessive bait piles. To compete you need to offer the deer something they are not getting at your neighbors.

    Guys like this should be strung up but are you sure this guy is " city folk " ? This is an example of why changing the posting laws would have done nothing in this situation. This guy apparently has no regards for the present laws so his tactics won't change. .
