    Might be a dumb question, but are you supposed to pick off the bloom stalk for the health of the plant or let it go to seed? I have always picked them out, but not sure if its the right thing to do.

    the guy was pulled over for a broken tail light lens. He wasn't causing any other trouble, not swerving, speeding, following to close, crossing any lines...blah blah, but evidently was over the limit on the breathalyzer which was not admitted in court. Them old ladies were after blood I tell you.

    called once, served once. A dui case. pretty sure they guy was guilty but all evidence to prove it was not admissible. It took me a little while to get that through to the rest of the folks on the jury that wanted to hang him out to dry.

    Hailed hard for 20min at my place. I'd say 15% was golf ball size and the rest nickel. Was enough to make the yard white. The wind wasn't terrible so don't have many branches down, but stripped a lot of leaves off the trees. The corn fields around my house are pretty shredded but still...

    I survived the tourney, but no fish were injured on account of my actions unless you count the minnows. I did have a chance right away but lost it about 5 seconds after I set the hook. Was a little chilly out there, my bottle of pop froze inside my coat. Didn't have any antifreeze in it...

    I plan to attend and get some much needed ice time. Gotta dig out my stuff tonight, that's how behind I am this year.

    My family didn't draw any tags this year, but it didn't stop me from helping out my friends and getting a little exercise. I even wacked a coyote on a pretty impressive shot. We all had a great time and enjoyed the outdoors.
