Message: <blockquote data-quote="zoops" data-source="post: 469998" data-attributes="member: 790"><p>I agree with your last line and I'm sure all of us have gone out of state to do some hunting or fishing.  The ND going to MN fishing thing is a little weak since there's little competition for access when it comes to fishing, not to mention you can fish 50 boats in a 10 acre area and still have a decent day.  And the fishing season is year-round (panfish stays open), that pressure is spread out a lot.  I wouldn't mind seeing more of the NR (and R) dollars going toward habitat development on plots, whether that be out of what they already pay or an excise fee.  I think everyone agrees we need to do more for habitat and access, it's time to start actually doing something about it.  I personally spent several days bird hunting this week and deleted at least 10 waypoints that had gotten e-posted just in the last year.</p></blockquote><p></p>
