It’s not “missing”. It the total of loans given out that are missing some documentation. Doesn’t automatically make it fraud. But more details of the missing items and any possible issues they may hide or cause should be exposed.

Massive Amounts Left Unpaid (2026 Audit)
The fund is currently facing intense scrutiny following a sweeping independent performance audit. [1, 2]
  • $90 Million Missing: Public money potentially lost or delinquent.
  • Missing Records: Document gaps flagged in millions of dollars of transactions.
  • High-Risk Loans: 50 approvals granted to highest-risk borrowers.
  • Potential Dissolution: Lawmakers may vote to dissolve the fund entirely. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Why doesn’t Ridley turn it over to some out of state entity to investigate it. The legislature won’t dissolve it because they’re benefitting from it
Because they’re repubs and there’s no recourse for anyone in that party. If you put a “r” behind my lawnmower it could get elected to an office in ND.

Hoping that the next legislative session cans the NDDF. I absolutely believe that if the ND Dept of Commerce were investigated / audited they would identify much larger issues. #defundndcommerce!
Question is whether the legislature has the balls to investigate as there would likely be butt hurt. Just need to follow the $$.

It’s not whether they have the balls to do it. They won’t because the trail will lead right back to a fair number of them.

This one hundred percent.

Remember the old man that was flying over seas to rape little boys, I believe they pretty well outed him and dropped all the rest of the investigation, as one associated with it came out as a gay fella, and became part of the protected class

You know its shitty when the AG backs off. Contact your local reps and make it known we want answers. We all need to find out wtf went on. I see two people have resigned off the board...looks the Chairman took a $500,000 grant for his company, he made it good by not voting on that matter...rofl...

He didn’t vote because he knew it would pass without him and he figured that would clear him. If you don’t think this shit is going on, who would have ever thought Stenghem would have done what he did. They eventually all turn to sewer rats. It’s why term limits are so important
