Message: <blockquote data-quote="dust in the wind" data-source="post: 55629" data-attributes="member: 215"><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'"><a href="http://www.kxnet.com/story/30248865/man-barricaded-in-home-with-gun-in-bismarck" target="_blank">http://www.kxnet.com/story/30248865/man-barricaded-in-home-with-gun-in-bismarck</a></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">A man who shot at police last night has barricaded himself in a residence on the 700 block of N. 35th Street.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">He is believed to still be heavily armed and dangerous.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">The incident started around 9 pm last night when the man threatened to kill another man in the home.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">Since then the man and woman who were inside the home with him have been removed and unharmed.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">At about 4 am, gas was fired into the residence.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">Police then heard shots which they believe were fired at officers.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">No one was injured.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">Neighbors in the area were evacuated shortly after 4 am.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">The suspect is believed to be a 36 year old male according to Police.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">Bismarck Police say the suspect has a concerning criminal history.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">The Bismarck SWAT Team and Bomb Squad have been called on scene.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">The area blocked off.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">Police are advising people to stay away from the area.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">According to KX News reporters on scene, Police are using caution in their search.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">They have fired gas again this morning.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'arial'">There is no public in danger at this time.</span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
