Final result wan't terrible as was only 3 hours late arriving and 2 hours late returning. Neither of which upset any other plans. Just frustrating.</p><p></p><p>I agree that people probably wouldn't be so easily angered if it appeared that the airline was doing everything possible to help the customer.</p></blockquote><p></p>
