Also, assets like the Bakken are much easier to "throttle" production on.  So it has a lot of value to big companies.  </p><p></p><p>The boom of 09 to 2015 will not return without a major world event, but drilling will most definitely increase slowly at current market prices and accordingly with any rise here forward.</p></blockquote><p></p>
