My gas weed eater bit the dust. I see Milwaukee now has an version that teams with a Fuel 18. No more gas for me. And another use for the Fuel besides with the Kdrill. Win win.

I'll be buying one sooner or later. If you get the 300$ on it comes with a 9amp battery. That will also double as the battery for my kdrill.

my cheap craftsman weed wacker is a gutless piece of shit. I will be looking into this since I have been considering getting a Milwaukee/K drill combo for next year.

On another note, I picked up a Milwaukee leaf blower last year. It will not out perform a gas powered back pack blower..or even a plug in electric leaf blower, nor is it meant to. I am not sure I would buy the blower again, although it is good for lightweight duty.

I like to keep all my tools the same. I already run all Milwaukee power tools for work. It's nice not having to need power when working. The only thing I have that that is gas powered is my leaf blower.

We bought the 60v Dewalt blower and the 60v weed whacker at work. They both seem more than adequate
