Keep them damp and warm.  I don't use cells with tomatoes.  I start seeds in cheap flat containers.  After the plants form true leaves I gently replant them in a 8 Oz cup.  Easy to label them that way.  Fertilize half strength   every 10 days or so.  I do drag my plants out in the sun when I can.  Gradually.  Too much wind and heat can be a disaster.  </p><p></p><p>I'm not so sure about starting peas indoors,  they can be started early in the ground.  You can put the seeds in between damp paper towels for a day to speed up germination.  Anyway good luck.</p></blockquote><p></p>
