The sword fish was still flopping when steaked, that fresh.   Second best was fresh cod cheeks sautéed like walleye cheeks.  But favorite of all is Yellow Perch fried in cornmeal like my Mama made me with my first catches as a kid.</p></blockquote><p></p>
