Message: <blockquote data-quote="shorthairsrus" data-source="post: 490377" data-attributes="member: 219"><p>We were down in linton --- my kid is like age 7 if that.   Anyway wind came up unexpected out of the SW kinda like today.   We went to leave at 3p when it was the worst ----i looked at the ramp and knew I am going to have issues.    I told my kid take the helm and when a couple feet away i would make the jump.   I made the jump he put it in reverse and low and behold two fkn boats on his ass tight.   He had no choice of  either letting off and hitting rocks or backing into them.  He chose the smart move and throttle up backwards.   These guys yelled at him.   I am shaking my head walking to the truck.  They all had to do the same thing as us go under the bridge and load at the other ramp as the waves were to big---i looked they sure as hell yielded for themselves .</p></blockquote><p></p>
