He is our public servant and his job it to keep insurance companies honest. I'd also call the agent and ask to speak to the region or state rep for the company and start getting quotes for insurance and make it clear to your agent and rep that this is the route you will be taking if they deny your claim.   Pisses me off to no end just to read this.
