I let him go as hard as it was for me..I would call and talk to him and try to visit him when possible. after a year and a half about, when he was 15 he decided that he wanted to come live with me. He finished school that year where he was and then transferred to the school where I am at. He graduated after a few years with me and we now have a great relationship he just turned 20, still has a relationship with his mom which I am happy about.
