That being said, I find it interesting that 7 or so wells have been dug out of the 8 planned and now it's a problem. Makes me wonder how a permit was ever granted in the first place. Again I have little knowledge of drilling as I don't live close to it but 800 feet seems pretty close to one of ND's premier bodies of water.
